Turbocharged Recruitment: how Recrewit became the Go-To Partner for a Global MRO
In August 2021, Recrewit embarked on a partnership with a major Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO); we were tasked with sourcing 15 personnel for an urgent project in Spain. What began as a short-term contract assignment soon evolved into a long-standing collaboration spanning multiple countries and organizational levels.
Phase 1: Initial Success in Spain (August 2021 – November 2021)
Challenge: The client required 15 personnel for a new project in Spain on short notice.
Approach: Leveraging our extensive network and efficient recruitment processes, we swiftly identified, vetted, and onboarded qualified candidates.
Outcome: All 15 positions were filled within two weeks, exceeding the client’s expectations (they hired 18 instead); moreover, some of them remained on the project for over a year, demonstrating both their satisfaction and our ability to deliver results.
Phase 2: Transition to Permanent Vacancies (November 2021 – February 2022)
Recognition: Impressed by our performance, the client entrusted us with sourcing candidates for permanent positions within their organization.
Execution: We adapted our strategies to attract top talent seeking permanent roles, emphasizing long-term career opportunities with the client.
Impact: By February 2022, we had successfully facilitated placements in permanent roles, solidifying our reputation as a reliable recruitment partner capable of meeting diverse hiring needs.
Phase 3: Expansion Across Europe (February 2022 – August 2022)
Client Engagement: Our effective collaboration and successful placements caught the attention of the client’s top management, who recommended our services to the entire Group!
Scope Expansion: We were tasked with sourcing candidates up to management level across multiple European countries, reflecting the growing trust and confidence in our capabilities.
Geographical Reach: Over the course of 12 months, we extended our recruitment efforts to encompass Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and Turkey.
Quantifiable Success: By consistently delivering high-quality candidates, we earned the distinction of being named the preferred recruitment partner for the client!
