Vincenzo Segnale
Vinny has been blessed with a meticulous, detail-orientated, and highly analytical brain. He’s known for coming up with multiple plausible solutions for every recruitment problem and for making complex placements in record time — his mind literally works at 1,000 miles an hour! Vinny holds a BA in Economics and an MA in Management and Governance, and he has over 10 years’ experience in recruitment, spread over the Finance and then the Compliance departments at first, before succeeding as a 360 Recruitment Consultant; his network in Italy and Europe within the Aviation and Automotive & Motorsport sectors is unrivalled. “I am driven by passion in my life, and I bring this with me at work every day. Alex is known for his relentless work ethic, quick thinking, inquisitive nature, and problem-solving abilities. Known for her ability to recruit in every sector we work in, Francesca has become a pivotal figure of our team, specialising in Aviation recruitment, but capable of adapting to the various requirements and making placements in all our sectors, whether blue or white collar, whilst always going the extra mile to achieve the desired results and exceed client and candidate expectations.
